This error usually occurs because all the necessary subprograms are not loaded onto the calculator. When loading the programs for the original CBL (Physics, Chembio, PhySci) make sure that they are apps (e.g., ChemBio.8xk) or group files (e.g., Physics.83g). Group files do not need to be “ungrouped” before loading them onto your calculator. It is recommended that you reset the RAM on the calculator (press [2nd][ + ] MEM and choose Reset) then transfer the app or group files to the calculator and begin again.

This error can also occur when using the DataMate program (usually as a result of all the necessary programs not being fully transmitted from the CBL 2 or LabPro). As above, it is recommend that you reset the RAM on the calculator (press 2nd then MEM and choose Reset) then transfer the files to the calculator and begin again.
