The preferred method to connect your Go Direct device to Python is to use your device’s native Bluetooth® wireless technology.
If you do not have Bluetooth on your device or if you simply wish to use another Bluetooth radio you will need a Bluegiga BLED112 Bluetooth® Low Energy Dongle. This will require some specific modifications to the Go Direct library for Python. For additional information see https://vernierst.github.io/godirect-examples/python/.
