If you calibrate the Go Direct^® Ethanol Vapor (GDX-ETOH) and the software cannot apply a proper function, the sensor will report that it is reading 100%. Verify that you are using appropriate concentrations for your calibration.

Repeat the calibration, or restore the default calibration and try calibrating the sensor again.
