Troubleshooting
General: Connect your sensor as described in the Getting Started instructions for your device.
- Primary Test: Verify that the Projectile Launcher is powered using the USB cable connected to a USB port on a computer or Chromebook, a USB wall outlet, or a USB power brick.
- Secondary Test: Check that the hand pump is securely attached to the valve on the launcher. Watch the pressure gauge on the hand pump as you pressurize the system, and verify that the system is holding the pressure and that there are no pressure leaks.
- Tertiary Test: Double-check that you continue to hold the “arm” button while you press the “launch” button. The two buttons must be engaged simultaneously to launch the projectile.
