Go Direct sensors work with many devices that run Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems. A Bluetooth 4.0 radio, an operating system that supports the radio, and our Graphical Analysis (or Graphical Analysis Pro) app are all required. Not every device is created equally, so to know if the sensor will connect to your device via Bluetooth requires knowing more about your device.
Bluetooth Radio
Bluetooth radios with version 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 are commonly available. While 4.0 is the minimum supported version, systems with 4.2 radios may exhibit better data throughput rates if the OS also supports it. To determine what radio your device has, do a search on the full model number to find the manufacturer specifications that reveal the type of radio available.

- Windows 10 (update 1607) or newer
- macOS 10.10 or newer
- iOS 9 or newer
- iPadOS 13.1 or newer
- ChromeOS 49 or newer
- Android OS 6.01 or newer
Software
Graphical Analysis app (version 4 or newer) is also required. Older versions of the app do not support Go Direct sensors. (Note: the minimum OS versions for Bluetooth support are not the same as those needed to support the current release of Graphical Analysis.)
