Yes, resonance in RLC circuits can be investigated with either the Vernier Circuit Board (discontinued)or the Vernier Circuit Board 2 (VCB2).

If using the Vernier Circuit Board, an inductor such as Inductor (IND) will be needed. However, the Vernier Circuit Board 2 has a 5 mH inductor included.

In either case, a variable AC power supply is required, such as the Power Amplifier (PAMP).

The Vernier Circuit Board includes a 10 µF capacitor. An RLC circuit with this capacitor and a 5 mH inductor has a resonant frequency of around 710 Hz.

The Vernier Circuit Board 2 includes a 10 µF capacitor and a 1 µF capacitor. An RLC circuit with the 1 µF capacitor and the include 5 mH inductor has a resonant frequency of about 2250 Hz.

The Power Amplifier can drive an AC signal at up to 15 kHz.
