Support for Vernier Analog (BTA) and Digital (BTD) Sensors
The LabQuest emulator runs LabQuest software version 1.5 and supports many of the same sensors as the LabQuest App. Sensors supported with newer versions of the LabQuest app (v1.5.2 and newer) cannot be used with the emulator. This includes the following sensors:

• Ohaus Balances (v1.7.2)
• Potassium ISE (v1.7.1)
• Vernier Motion Encoder System (v1.7.1)
• PAR Sensor support (v1.7.1)
• Ethanol Sensor (v1.7)
• Pyranometer (v1.7)
• Optical DO Sensor (v1.7)
• Goniometer (v1.7)
• Vernier Radiation Monitor (v1.7)
• Chemical Polarimeter (v1.6)
• Projectile Launcher (v1.6)
• Constant Current System (v1.5.2)

Support for internal, USB, and Wireless Sensors
The emulator cannot be used with the internal microphone, USB sensors (e.g. spectrometers, Vernier GPS, and Mini GC), the Wireless Dynamics Sensor System, or any Go Wireless sensors. The emulator includes two virtual sensors that can be used to demonstrate the functionality of the internal microphone and spectrometers.

Other Notes
The function generator and power amplifier are only available in the emulator for usability demonstration purposes; these features are not functional in the emulator itself.
