Yes.

A Pasco track can be used with the Motion Encoder Cart and Receiver (DTS-MEC). The Receiver will fit on the end of the Pasco track. The cart’s wheels will fit on the Pasco track as well.

When setting up the Pasco track, the only tricky part is placing the Encoder Track Strip (basically a long sticker). Unlike the Vernier track, there is no reference point on the Pasco track for placing the strip.

Because Pasco carts are shaped differently underneath, the Motion Encoder Cart Upgrade Kit (DTS-MEU) is not compatible with Pasco carts.
