My original LabQuest will not turn off.

Try pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds.
Try a reboot. Tap the Home icon, then choose “Control Panel”, and “Reboot”
Try a hard reset. See How do I perform a hard reset on my original LabQuest unit?

If the LabQuest still will not turn off, contact Vernier technical support.
