You do not need to use 4-sided clear cuvettes to measure fluorescence with the SVIS-PL. A standard two-sided clear cuvette will work as long as the cuvette is ribbed and not frosted. The cuvettes that come with the SVIS-PL are ribbed and will work fine for this purpose. Just place the cuvette in the spectrometer as you would if you were measuring absorbance.
