The body of Plastic 2-Way Valve (PS-2WAY) is polycarbonate and the handle is high density polyethylene. This is true for the older 3-way valve (discontinued), as well.

The chemical resistance is good when using dilute acids, alkaline solutions, alcohols, and oils. It has poor chemical resistance to almost all organic solvents (e.g. hydrocarbons, ketones).
