The JavaScript library is currently only implemented using WebBluetooth and WebHID both of which have limited browser support. You may need to enable the “Experimental Web Platform Features” flag by going to this address in Chrome:

chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features

Then restart Chrome.
