We wanted to personally share an important update that may affect future orders, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need.

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, new tariffs are being implemented that impact our products. Although most of our products are proudly manufactured here in the U.S., many of the components we rely on come from international suppliers and are now subject to these tariffs. Based on the most current guidance, this means a surcharge of 10% will be applied to orders received starting May 12th, with the exception of software and books.

Here’s what this means for you:

• Any quotes you’ve already received, or that are created before May 12, 2025, will remain valid through July 11, 2025 — with no surcharge added.
  
  
• New quotes issued on or after May 12, 2025, will reflect the added surcharge.
  
  
• Orders placed starting May 12, 2025, will also include this surcharge in the total cost.
  

Please know this wasn’t a decision we made lightly. We’ve worked hard to keep prices stable and will continue to monitor the situation closely. If the tariffs are reduced or removed in the future, we’ll adjust our pricing as quickly as possible.
