Graphical Analysis and Graphical Analysis Pro include an export function, located on the file menu (top left icon in the application). One of the export options is a Graph Image (PNG) file. If you have multiple graphs, each graph has a separate export option.
Saving a Graph Image (PNG)
- Click or tap File Menu,
, and choose Export.
- Select the graph you wish to save (e.g., GRAPH 1).
- Use the Line Shade, Axis Label Size, and Graph Shape tools to modify the graph’s appearance as desired.
- Click or tap SAVE PNG.
- Specify the file name and saved-file location, then click or tap Save.
You can also use screen capture tools on your device to capture a WYSIWYG images of the Graphical Analysis app screen.
Inserting a Graph Image in Your Document
- Create (or open) the document that you want to add the graph image.
- Position the cursor where you want the graph to go.
- Choose Image (or Picture) from the Insert menu.
- Navigate to the saved file’s location, highlight the file, then click or tap Select (or Insert). Your graph will be inserted into your document.
- Resize the image as needed.
