This information only applies to a specific and obsolete version of Logger Pro, version 3.10.1. Logger Pro 3.11 and later do not install QuickTime.

After installing Logger Pro 3.10.1, which installs QuickTime 7.76, a reboot is required to enable video function within Logger Pro.

The installer does not prompt for a reboot, so this behavior may be unexpected.
