Is your computer asking for the administrative username and password before it will let you install software, or is Logger Pro specifically asking for the password?  If it is asking for the administrative password for your computer, contact your IT department.

Old versions of Logger Pro  (before 2016)  prompt for a password. The old version you are trying to install is unlikely to work properly on an updated computer. You need to get the newer version instead.

Instructors and IT staff: create or sign into an account our web site. Once we validate your school’s license, we can provide you with download links to the current version.

Students: We do not provide accounts directly to students. Students need to work with their instructor to get a copy of the software. If you need something right away, there is a free 30 day demo version of Logger Pro 3 available at:
