If you are using an Ethernet connection:

  • Make sure your Weatherlink Live has power
  • Reseat the Ethernet cable.
  • Plug the Ethernet cable into a different jack on the router.
  • Try a different cable.

If you are using a Wi-Fi connection:

  • Make sure your Weatherlink Live has power
  • Check to make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password.
  • Make sure you are connecting the WeatherLink Live to a 2.4 GHz network.  It will not connect to a 5 GHz network.
