What to Do if Your Go Direct Bluetooth® Connection Fails on Chromebook
A recent 2024 Google update may cause Chromebook™ users to experience connection problems when using Go Direct® sensors or Polar Heart Rate Monitors via Bluetooth®.
Switch from the Chrome Packaged App to the Progressive Web App (PWA) version of Vernier software. These web-based versions of the app work directly in your Chrome browser with Bluetooth or USB connection. No installation is needed.

Important Note on Chromebooks and Packaged Apps
In January 2025, Google Chromebooks will discontinue support for all Chrome Packaged Apps, including Vernier Graphical Analysis®. This means Chromebook users must transition to the PWA version of Vernier software.
